About
Robin Timson, of Llanddulas North Wales, dreamt of one day running his own circus and this year it has finally become a reality.
“I have been away from home travelling with a circus in England, which was great, but what I really wanted to do was bring it home and tour North Wales. I never actually thought it would ever happen; however, with help from some amazing friends we’re launching Peregrine Circus this summer."
“I chose the name Peregrine Circus because the peregrine is a bird that migrates, wandering from place to place. This applied to both me and the circus.”

Village Green Circus
Peregrine Circus is a traditional all-human village green circus, so there are no animals.
Joining the show is Conwy’s very own jester, Erwyd, who celebrates his 10th anniversary of being Conwy Town’s official fool this year.
“I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my 10th year as Conwy’s jester than joining the Peregrine Circus summer tour.
“Being an all-human circus is great too. The show really highlights the incredible things the human body can do. We’ve everything from acrobats, to aerialists, to live music."
“I love that we’ll be putting the show on inside a big top that’s been modelled on one from the 1800s. It means we’re able to visit places that are usually considered too small."
